This painting of a woman having two babies in her womb has a long story of its own. And this story everyone has of their mothers.
The artist here also tries to show how important it is to have two children at least for them to share their feelings with each other so that when one leaves home for education or work the other one is there.
The two children serve as two eyes for their parents.
The mother's love for them however is indifferent, just as one can't differentiate between the two eyes they have, the same way a mother can't differentiate between her children, no matter if one of the children is loud and the other is poised or one is tall and other is short or one is thin or other is fat.
