This original painting of a woman having two babies in the opposite direction in her womb has a long story of its own. And this story everyone has of their mothers.
The mother's love for the two different children however is indifferent, just as one can't differentiate between the two eyes they have, the same way a mother can't differentiate between her children, no matter if one of the children is loud and the other is poised or one is tall and other is short or one is thin or other is fat.
Hence the love of a mother for their child no matter how different they are in the same and is brought about with the same emotions in this painting.
