Watercolor Painting on Fabriano paper
The parking zone watercolor painting is based on a brown thrust horse of a Tanga (cart pulled by a horse) and a group of white swans. During a hot summer day in Kanpur one of the industrial towns of north India, the artist was passing by bus and noticed in busy traffic that a Tanga horse was resting on a roadside after a long commissioned drive, waiting for water to drink and at the same time a group of swan crossed the busy traffic after the road clearance signal by the traffic police and reached bellow the Tanga to take rest in the shade. It seemed that the roadside space turned into a temporary parking zone although officially that was a no-parking zone.
